Australia Outsource

For business owners. Not an agency.

We do your business's marketing. For 50–60% less than an agency.

Google profile, website, socials, emails and Facebook ads, done by our outsourced team. Why less? Our costs are lower than an Australian agency's, and we pass that on.

Only 2 spots left at our launch price. No lock-in contract. No setup fee.

  • You film and approve. We do the rest.
  • We win back past customers, not just chase new ones
  • Already looking after a 32-year-old practice in NSW

The real cost

Four ways businesses get it done now

Pick the one that sounds like you.

What it costs

$2,500–5,000 a month

That's what a social media manager typically charges for a standard retainer: two or three platforms, with content and reporting. An agency is often more expensive for the same core work. And that's social media only.

What it feels like

  • A contract that can be hard to get out of when it stops working.
  • Sometimes a setup fee before a single post goes out.
  • Promises of new customers, then a report that doesn't match your bookings.
  • Often still paying someone else for your emails, flyers and website.

The Customer Path

Get found. Get chosen. Get remembered.

Customers take the same three steps before they buy, and after. We look after every stop. The results below are real numbers from a 32-year-old chiropractic practice in NSW that we look after, shared without naming them. Every business is different.

Step 1

Found

Someone searches for a business like yours near them, or scrolls past one. Your Google profile, your search rankings, your website and your ads decide whether they see you.

  • Google profile posts
  • Replying to reviews
  • Website updates and new pages
  • Blog posts
  • Facebook and Instagram ads

Step 2

Chosen

Before they get in touch, they check you out: your website, your reviews, your Instagram and Facebook. The business that looks active is the easier one to choose.

  • Scripting videos
  • Video editing
  • Posting and managing your pages
  • Your website

Step 3

Remembered

After they've bought once, they need to keep hearing from you. And the ones who drifted off need a reason to come back.

  • Weekly emails
  • Getting old customers back in
  • Automations and email funnels
  • Flyers, brochures, TV display ads

One practice's numbers after consistent work, week in, week out. Every business is different. We don't promise results. We promise the work gets done.

Not an agency. An outsourced team.

What you get with us

Plenty of Australian businesses already outsource their admin. We do the same for everything your customers see. Here's how it works.

You film and approve. We do the rest.

Scripts, editing, posting, emails, ads, your Google profile and your website (including new pages, as many as you need), all done by one team. So you're not managing a handful of different people.

New customers, yes. And the ones you've had.

We work out who's drifted off, write the emails and keep them going, so past customers have a reason to come back.

At one NSW practice we look after: 5–10 patients back a quarter from emails alone.

Everything stays in your name.

Your Google profile, your website, your pages, your ad account, your list. Leave whenever you like and take it all with you.

Checked before it reaches you.

Every post and email is checked before you sign it off.

Our launch price

Only 2 spots at this price. Then it goes up.

We're opening two spots at our launch price. Once they're filled, the price goes up.

Now you know what we do. So we did the maths for you.

Here's the least each job costs to hire out in Australia, and the hours it takes every month. Untick anything you've already got covered.

Then tell us who else does all of it, for one monthly fee, 50–60% less than an agency.

That's why it's only two.

If you're not paying someone for this, it's being done after hours by you or your team. Or it isn't getting done.

Three ways to get it done

Hire a marketing assistant in-houseAverage salary plus 12% super, before leave, workers comp, software and recruiting. from about $5,300 a month161718
With us: all nine jobs, one team, one monthly fee Less than an agency charges for social media alone
Where these numbers come from
  1. Digital Zoop: Google profile plans (Starter $99, Growth $199 a month + GST)
  2. Panda Websites: Google profile plans (5 hours a month)
  3. Expert360: social media manager rates (standard retainer $2,500–5,000; agencies often cost more)
  4. BeKonstructive: social media packages (Growth $1,800 a month for 12–16 posts with reels on 2 platforms; around 10 hours a month minimum)
  5. Adelaide Socials: freelance social media manager hourly rates
  6. Airtasker: social media advertising costs (campaign management $300–2,000 a month)
  7. One Click Digital: Facebook ads manager cost
  8. GoldenWeb: website care ($229 a month + GST with 2 hours of content updates; extra work $100–120 an hour + GST)
  9. WP Creative: small business site care, $200–800 a month ex GST (1–2 hours a month)
  10. Payscale: freelance writer with blogging skills, Australia (AU$33.75 an hour, small sample)
  11. Orbit Media (US): average time to write a blog post (3 hours 20 minutes)
  12. Genix Digital: email marketing cost in 2026 (from $600 a month; 10–15 hours a month in-house)
  13. Database Reactivation Australia: you pay per result, with the fee agreed after an audit (no published prices)
  14. Airtasker: flyer design (median $75 a job)
  15. Snapper Studio: design retainer (10 hours a month, including flyers)
  16. Payscale: marketing assistant average salary AU$56,931 (2026)
  17. SEEK: marketing assistant average salary $57,011 (1,703 job ads)
  18. ATO: super guarantee is 12% from 1 July 2025

The lowest published Australian prices we could find, mostly ex GST (some sources don't say). Hours are what the source states, or its price divided by its own hourly rate; a dash means no honest figure. Blog: an Australian freelance writer's average hourly rate times the average time to write a post. Some Google profile plans include review replies, so untick reviews if yours does. Website: the cheapest plan with 2 hours of content work a month; new pages are billed on top, while ours are included. Reactivation: no Australian provider we found publishes a monthly price for businesses (they charge per result), so it isn't in the total. In-house: a full-time marketing assistant's average salary (Payscale, SEEK) plus 12% super, divided by 12.

Fair questions

Questions business owners ask

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you hand over. Book a call and we'll give you a straight number. As a guide, expect 50–60% less than an Australian agency would charge. Our launch price is open to the first two to sign up.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. There's no lock-in contract.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There's no setup fee to get started.

Do you build new pages for my website?

Yes. New pages are included, as many as your business needs, along with updates and security.

Do you run Facebook ads?

Yes, Facebook and Instagram, run by the same team that makes your posts. Ad spend is separate: you connect your own card to Meta, so it's charged to you directly.

Who is this for?

Local Australian businesses that need to be found, chosen and remembered: trades and home services, health and beauty, retail and hospitality, and professional services. Our results so far come from a chiropractic practice we look after.

Why is it so much cheaper?

Our costs are lower than an Australian agency's, and we pass that on. You pay for the work itself, with no lock-in contract and no setup fee.

So are you an agency?

Not the usual kind. You get one outsourced team doing all of it, with no lock-in, no setup fee and no big promises.

Is this marketing?

Same work. 50–60% less.
